Hi, i'm Lucy! 

I have been in the fitness industry for over half a decade and have transformed the lives of over 150 women. I'm a big believer in sustainable fitness and finding a balance between finding your fitness goals and enjoying life (because life really is too short!)

I come from a background of an eating disorder and struggled to find my balance at the start of my fitness journey. We all deserve to feel empowered and be proud of our bodies. Therefore, I have dedicated my work as a Personal Trainer to help as many women as I can.

As women we go through so much in our lives; we go through puberty & get a menstrual cycle, contraception, Pre and post natal (if we choose) and Menopause. There is a lot of hormonal changes which in turn can affect women physically and mentally, especially when it comes to confidence and body image. 

In my own time, I lift heavy weights, run long distance and I love being outside in nature!
