Why is Thrive different?

Everything is all in one place. This is where you will find your workouts, track your food & fill out your check ins. 

Bi-Weekly Coaching Check in

On weeks 2, 4 & 6. These check-ins have been strategically placed throughout the duration of the 6 weeks to ensure you are staying accountable & taking action. We want you to succeed!

Workout Programmes 

Easy to follow and record. Option for gym based or shorter home based workouts, depending what works best for you.

Tailored Daily Habits 

Laying down habits is difficult, which is why daily tick offs are beneficial. Equally you can reflect daily with how you are showing up to achieve your end goal 

Personalised Nutrition Goals

Nutrition is personal to each individual. Which is why you will follow a nutrition plan especially for you, even if you are going on holiday or out on the weekend. No 'syns' in sight!

Weekly group Check ins 

For you to reflect on your week, by filling out a form weekly on the app. It will give you the opportunity to submit questions which will be answered in a form of a podcast episode.

WhatsApp Community 

For daily motivation. Share the wins, struggles or what has been working for you. Zero gatekeeping.

TO GET STARTED 

Step 1: Sign up to confirm your space. There is maximum limit of 15 women on each intake due to the 1:1 support thats provided 

Step 2: Download the app and get your nutrition targets, workouts & habits. In addition to being added to the community group chat and getting to know everyone!

Step 3: Complete the workouts, tick of your daily habits and check in each week & ensure you implement the advice given. You'll then have the tools to feel amazing and ditch dieting for good!
